Rigorous Inspection Throughout the Production Cycle

Quality is the lifeline of Xi'an QinSteel, and we implement a full-process quality control system to eliminate risks at every stage:

• Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Before raw materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel) enter our factory, our professional quality inspection team conducts strict component testing. Using advanced equipment (including spectral analyzers and chemical composition testers), we verify that the material composition fully complies with international standards (e.g., ASTM, DIN, GB). Only materials that pass the composition test are allowed to enter the production process, ensuring the inherent quality of the final products.

• In-Process & Finished Product Inspection

During production, we conduct real-time monitoring of key processes (such as forging temperature, machining precision). For finished products, we perform comprehensive inspections covering:

Dimensional Accuracy

Using high-precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to check that product sizes (such as flange diameter, pipe thickness, fastener thread specifications) meet design requirements.

Mechanical Performance

Conducting tensile tests, hardness tests, impact tests, and corrosion resistance tests to ensure products can withstand harsh working environments (high pressure, high temperature, chemical corrosion).

Surface Quality

Inspecting for defects such as cracks, burrs, and uneven coatings, ensuring products meet both functional and aesthetic standards.
